You can venture off into the forest or enjoy a leisurely ride on the Alpine Pedal path, which runs along the lake and has plenty of spots for an afternoon picnic. Our Jacuzzi Cabins and Big Bear vacation rentals are only 2 to 3 miles from first-class skiing at our local resorts. Cross-country ski or snow shoe throughout the National Forest, just out the back door of your Big Bear vacation rental. We offer a world apart from city life, yet it is close to all of Southern California, only two hours from most locations. Call us to make a reservation Tax and Resort Fees are 9.5 % CANCELLATION and DEPOSIT POLICY Non-holiday reservations: There is a $20 charge to cancel up to 1 week prior to the arrival date. Cancellations with less than 1 week's notice will result in a charge of 1/2 the reservation total. Holiday reservations are charged non-refundable 1 month prior to arrival (Christmas/New Years are charged 12/1). Holiday reservations cancelled up to the cancellation deadline, will result in a $20 charge. Please call for multiple cabin reservation policy. No shows and cancellations made on arrival date are charged the full reservation amount. There are no refunds for early departures. A DEPOSIT of one night's stay is charged to make a reservation by phone. If you make an on-line reservation, the deposit policy is slightly different and is described when you use that feature.
